Whiskey Glasses!

Bartender, pour me some strong whiskey,

I ain’t gonna stop till I am feeling nothing but dizzy,

Cause she's gone,

Leaving me feeling like a pawn.

I am not even thinking of tomorrow,

Still staring at her photo,

Her reasons for ending us still boggle,

I’m gonna knock down this bottle,

A toast to the dreams that have turned to ashes,

Gonna see the world through whiskey glasses.

Don’t wanna think about her,

start a new day, without her,

The only reality today,

She's gone,

Leaving me feeling like a pawn.

Being sober is a terrifying thought,

Heartbreak's got a new mascot,

Whiskey, my new best friend,

If nothing, it allows me to smile and pretend.

Nothing else to do

but see the world through whiskey glasses.
